My parcel is delivered but I can't find it?Updated 2 years ago

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that!

All of our parcels are marked as 'safe drop' which means Australia Post will leave the parcel at the chosen address, if they deem it safe to do so. 

Parcels will usually be left at the front of a property in a place that is not visible from the street and is out of the weather. If size allows, this includes letterboxes too.

If you have had a good look around your property and you can't find the parcel, please contact us and we can help you.
